The work in this installation is taken from a photographic series that ran from 2018-2023 called the shape of an absence. I marked tracks and remnants, as well as the ongoing changes of the seasons, to document waves of grief and longing over a thing that, as Cormac McCarthy writes, “could not be put back. Not be made right again.”
Installation shots from 2024 solo exhibition at Eric Fischl Gallery in Phoenix, AZ.
